Welcome to IVF Shoot 'Em Up - the most comprehensive collection of injection videos made by ART patients that I know of on the whole of the world wide web!
There's a menu to your left, under the disclaimer, so you can find what you're looking for, and a wish list just below so you can make a request - and you are encouraged to make your own video, especially if you're using a medication we haven't seen in action yet. If you have any extra tips, please leave them in the comments of each post, and if you have a blog or post to a message board, don't forget to grab a button to let others know we're here.
Hopefully you'll gain some confidence after viewing this site. Now good luck with your cycle!

I love the homemade injection videos. It helped me see ordinary women doing their own shots. Their humor helped me as well. How the heck are you supposed to remember everything from your injection training? Thanks!
Thanks! Always great to hear feedback. And thanks to all who made videos, too!

Fantastic idea for a blog!
While I'm not at the injecting stage (and hopefully never will be!) alot of forum members I know are (at www.smcaustralia), and so I've posted the link to your blog! (It's a locked site.)
Hope that's ok?!
Thanks!

Wow, I remember going through this myself and how hard it was. Would love for anyone going through this to check out my blog: wheninfertilityfails.blogspot.com
It is helpful to know I am not alone.
Hi, nice video, though you don't want to refrigerate your progesterone as it causes it to be too thick. It should be stored at room temperature b/t 59 and 86 degrees. This info. was given to me by my IVF doctor. by Erin from http://fallopianfailure.blogspot.com/
Thanks Erin!
59-86 = 15-30 degrees celcius.
For those who do have to refrigerate to keep between these ranges, might be a good idea to let the liquid come to room temperature before injecting (good one to check with your doctor/nurse for their preference).
Good luck to all couples starting their IVF journey. Inherent to this process are inevitable up's and down's. Sometimes the best medicine is a little humor. In this spirit, here is a link to a humor video I created about my wife and my journey called "What I learned at the Fertility Clinic." Enjoy: http://tinyurl.com/3k2dzkb
